the process used for rug cleaning?
Answer: Similar to the river banks of the 'old country' where, for centuries, rugs were washed in the cold, running stream, rugs are hand-washed at Azar’s using a cold, running water process combined with special oriental rug shampoos. Harsh chemicals, bleach, and steam are never used. Rugs are treated differently depending on their thickness and material composition.
Question: Is the cleaning
process safe for rug texture and colors?
Answer: The process
is very safe and will not cause damage to rugs.
In rare cases, there may be some minimal fading
up to 5-7% but most rugs do not fade.
Question: What is
your cleaning process used for?
Answer: Our cleaning
process is used for general cleaning, fire damage,
flood damage, cleaning soiled areas and odor
removal. Odor removal depends upon the reason
for the odor and its strength. Accidents from
pets, for instance, may require repeated cleanings
to remove odors completely.

able to clean rugs of all sizes?
Answer: Yes. We clean
any size rugs.

does it take to get rugs cleaned?
Answer: Generally
we can return cleaned rugs in 7-10 business
days.
