Availability: Most flooring including carpeting, wood, laminates, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, marble and others are available within 1 -2 weeks. Carpet or tile is often available within 3 days.

Our Customers: We provide services for homeowners, contractors, builders and designers.

Payment: a 50% deposit is collected when the order is placed. The balance is due at the time of completed installation.

Methods of Payment: we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and AmEx.

Guarantees: are products are fully guaranteed against manufacturer's defects by the mill. The length of the guarantee depends upon the type and grade of the product. Carpet ranges from 5-20 years for example.

Installation: we guarantee installation for one full year. We recommend that an underlayment is included with tile orders to prevent cracking. This is especially important in new construction due to settling that occurs during the first year.
