services for commercial and residential customers.
We are fully licensed and insured. Each of our
flooring installers have 10-20 years of total
experience and have been with our company for
a minimum of 8-10 years.

- We come to your home or business free of
charge and measure room sizes so that we can
provide you with an accurate quote for the
products that you choose.
- Once we receive your deposit, we order materials
(the time frame to receive them depends upon
the type of products ordered).
- When your order arrives, we call to schedule
a time for installation.
- We verify that items in the area of installation
have been removed.
- We verify that your in-home temperature
is appropriate for installation.
- We determine if the height of the floor
will interfere with doors and make adjustments
to assure that doors will close properly.
- After we complete your job, we leave the
area clean and neat and provide warrantee
information as well as instructions for care
and maintenance.
What is Needed
From You to Prepare for Your Installation...
- Clear furniture, appliances, drapes, wall
hangings, pictures and sub-flooring, if appropriate.
- Remove items in closets and storage areas
where the floor is to be installed.
- Disconnect gas appliances and ice makers
in areas of installation.
- Remove items in storage areas and closets
where the floor is to be resurfaced.
Our Guarantee...
You receive a one year unconditional
guarantee for installation. Our products are
fully guaranteed against manufacturer's defects
by the mill. The length of the guarantee depends
upon the type and grade of the product. Carpet
ranges from 5-20 years for example.
